Right of Members to Purchase Each Others Membership Interest. Each Member shall have the right or obligation, as the case may be, to purchase all of the Membership Interest held by another Member or to sell all of the Membership Interest held by such Member to another Member pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 4.7.
