Right of Owner to Contest or Postpone Compliance. Notwithstanding Sections 10.1 and 10.2, if so permitted by Legal Requirements and not detrimental to the Operation of the Hotel, Owner may contest any Legal Requirements and insurance requirements, and postpone compliance pending the determination of such contest.
