Common use of Right of Redemption and Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Right of Redemption and Prepayment. The Notes of any series are subject to redemption and prepayment as provided in this Article Ten and in the Supplemental Indenture creating such series. Notes which are redeemable or may be prepaid before their Stated Maturity shall be redeemed or prepaid in accordance with their terms, this Indenture and (except as otherwise provided with respect to the Notes of any particular series by the provisions of the Supplemental Indenture creating such series) in accordance with this Article Ten.
