Right of Refusal to Seller. (a) (Deemed offer to Seller): On the Termination Date of the Series Trust the Trustee is deemed to irrevocably offer to extinguish in favour of the Sellers, its entire right, title and interest in the Mortgage Loan Rights forming part of the Assets of the Series Trust in return for the payment to the Trustee of an amount determined in accordance with clause 26.3(a) as at the Termination Date.
