Right of Remaining Party to Withdraw. Upon receipt by the Remaining Party of a notice of withdrawal, the Remaining Party may give notice to the Withdrawing Party prior to the effective date of the withdrawal electing to join in the withdrawal (“Joint Withdrawal”). In such case, the Joint Venture shall be terminated in accordance with Section 15 of this Schedule “B”.
