RIGHT OF RESIGNATION. NATC has the right to resign as escrow holder, upon reasonable written notice, and it is acknowledged that five calendar days shall be deemed reasonable under this paragraph. If such right is exercised, NATC is authorized to return all funds and documents to the party who deposited them and NATC shall have no further liability in this escrow.
