Right of the Administrative Agent to Appoint Receiver. Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of any Event of Default, the Administrative Agent shall, as a matter of right and without any requirement of notice, to the extent permitted under applicable law, be entitled to appoint a receiver for all or any part of the Collateral, whether such receivership be incidental to a proposed sale of the Collateral or otherwise. All disbursements made by the receiver under this Section 5.5 and the expenses of receivership ----------- shall be added to and be a part of the Obligations, and, whether or not said principal sum, including such disbursements and expenses, exceeds the indebtedness originally intended to be secured hereby, the entire amount of said sum, including such disbursements and expenses, shall be secured by this Security Agreement and shall be due and payable upon demand therefor and thereafter shall bear interest at the rate set forth in Section 2.3.E of the ------------- Credit Agreement.
