Right of the City to Make Inspection. (a) At any time, the City shall have the right to enter the Property for the purpose of inspection of the progress of construction on the Authorized Improvements; provided, however, the City Representative shall comply with reasonable restrictions generally applicable to all visitors to the Development that are imposed by the Developer or its General Contractor or subcontractors.

(a) At any timetime during the construction of the Public Improvements, the City shall have the right to enter the Property for the purpose of inspection of the progress of construction on the Authorized Public Improvements; provided, however, the City Representative shall comply with reasonable restrictions generally applicable to all visitors to the Development that are imposed by the Developer or its General Contractor or subcontractors. The Developer shall pay the standard City inspection fees.
