Right of the Director to Bring Suit. (a) If a claim under Section 3 hereof is not paid in full by the Company within thirty (30) days after notice to the Company as provided in Section 10 hereof, the Director may at any time thereafter bring suit against the Company in any court of competent jurisdiction to recover the unpaid amount of the claim, and if successful in whole or in part, the Director shall be entitled to be paid also the expense of prosecuting such claim.
