Common use of Right of Trustee to Compensation Clause in Contracts

Right of Trustee to Compensation. Each Beneficiary Representative agrees to pay to the Trustee from time to time 50% of the reasonable compensation as agreed upon from time to time by the Trustee and the Beneficiary Representatives for all services rendered by it hereunder. Trustee shall be entitled to receive and shall be paid, as compensation for its acting as trustee of and under this Agreement, the fees, reimbursement and other compensation provided for in the Compensation Agreement between The Royal Trust Company and the other parties hereto, signed on the 4th day of February, 2005, prior to the execution of this Agreement and the terms of the said Compensation Agreement shall be valid and binding in all respects to fix the compensation payable to The Royal Trust Company as though the Compensation Agreement was expressly embodied in this Agreement.
