RIGHT OF TRUSTEE TO HOLD GUARANTOR SENIOR DEBT; PRESERVATION OF TRUSTEE'S RIGHTS. Subject to Section 8.3, the Trustee, in its individual capacity, shall be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article XIV in respect of any Guarantor Senior Debt at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Guarantor Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article XIV shall apply to claims of, or payment to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 8.7.
