Right of Trustee to Hold Senior Debt. The Trustee shall be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article Four in respect of any Senior Debt at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.
