Right of Trustee To Hold Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantor. The Trustee shall be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article 7 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantor at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantor, and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.
