RIGHT OF TRUSTEES TO OWN UNITS OR OTHER PROPERTY AND TO ENGAGE IN OTHER BUSINESS. Any Trustee, employee or agent of the Trust may acquire, own, hold and dispose of Units for his/her/its individual account, and may exercise all rights of a Holder to the same extent and in the same manner as if he were not a Trustee, employee or agent. Any Trustee or agent of the Trust may, in his personal capacity or as an officer or employee of another Person, engage in business activities which may be in competition with the Trust, may have interests in Persons engaged to render services to the Trust, and may receive compensation from such Persons as well as from the Trust.
