Right of use of geographical indications. 1. A geographical indication protected under this Subsection may be used by any operator marketing agriculture products, foodstuffs, wines, aromatised wines or spirit drinks conforming to the corresponding specification. 2. Once a geographical indication is protected under this Subsection, the use of such protected name shall not be subject to any registration of users, or further charges.
