Right of use of geographical indications. [Purpose of the Article: free use of GIs by compliant users, avoidance of administrative burden] 1. A name protected under this Agreement may be used by any operator marketing a product which conforms to the corresponding specification. 2. Once a geographical indication is protected under this Agreement, the use of such protected name shall not be subject to any registration of users or further charges.
