Right of way, etc. The right to obtain the grant of any easements, rights of way or any other rights of whatever nature whether proprietary, contractual or otherwise over or in relation to any adjoining or neighbouring land for the benefit of the Land on such terms and conditions as the First Owner considers fit Provided That the prior approval of the Owners’ Committee (if formed) shall be obtained if payment out of the Management Funds is involved.
