Right, Title and Interest of Indenture Trustee under Lease. It is understood and agreed that the right, title and interest of Indenture Trustee in, to and under this Lease and the Rent due and to become due hereunder shall by the express terms granting and conveying the same be subject to the interest of Lessee in and to the Equipment.
