Common use of RIGHT TO A CREDIT Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO A CREDIT. If the box on the estimate and the licence marked "Right to a Credit" has been ticked the Photographer's name will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(s). By ticking the box overleaf the Photographer also asserts his/her statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

RIGHT TO A CREDIT. If the box written on the estimate estimate/quotation and the invoice/licence marked "Right to a Credit" has been ticked stated, the Photographer's name will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(s). By ticking the box overleaf stating this, the Photographer also asserts his/her his statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

RIGHT TO A CREDIT. If the box on the On estimate and the licence marked "Right to a Credit" if it has been ticked agreed by all parties the Photographer's name will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(s). By ticking the box overleaf agreeing the Photographer also asserts his/her statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-re- enactment thereof.

RIGHT TO A CREDIT. If the box on the estimate and the licence license marked "‘Right to a Credit" ’ has been ticked the Photographer's photographer’s name will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(sphotograph(s). By ticking the box overleaf the Photographer photographer also asserts his/her statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

If the box on the estimate and Estimate and/or the licence Licence to Use marked "Right to a Credit" has been ticked the Photographer's name will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(s). By ticking the box overleaf on the Estimate and/or the Licence to Use the Photographer also asserts his/her his statutory right to be identified as the copyright author in the circumstances set out in Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-re- enactment thereof.

By ticking the box overleaf the Photographer also asserts his/her statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.
