Right to Access MSSNG Data. Upon satisfaction of all Preliminary Conditions contained in this DAA, AS grants to Institution the non-exclusive right to access MSSNG Data, which shall be used exclusively by Institution, Researcher and the Research Team solely in the conduct of the Research Project in the advancement of medical science, and only during the Term of this DAA and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this DAA.
