Right to Acquire Water Sample Clauses

Right to Acquire Water. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, City hereby grants to NCSD the right to purchase and take delivery of Supplemental Water from City, beginning on the Effective Date and each year for the remainder of the Term of the Agreement. NCSD’s right to acquire water from City shall not exceed a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) acre-feet per month or four point two (4.2) cubic feet per second.
