Common use of Right to Amend Procedure Clause in Contracts

Right to Amend Procedure. The Custodian may amend the procedure for the withdrawal of Physical Gold only where such amendment is caused by a change in the Rules or procedures of the Relevant Association. Any such amendment will be subject to the conditions of the preceding clause 3.3 and will be promptly notified to the Sponsor and the Trustee, such notice to be given in advance of implementation whenever practicable.
