Right to an Attorney. You understand that when you sign this MAA it becomes a legally binding contract. You also understand that this document may alter the rights you might have and may create responsibilities you might otherwise not have had. You understand that you may, if you wish, consult with an attorney before you sign this XXX. In connection with entering into this MAA, Adviser is representing its interests, and not yours. Therefore, to the extent you do not understand any provision of this MAA or its effect, you understand that you should seek the independent advice of an attorney.
