Right to Appoint Distributors. Notwithstanding the restrictions under section 2.4 below, CTI shall have the right, at all times, to appoint distributors in the Territory for the sale of the Product. CTI shall ensure that its distributors act fully in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
