Right to Appoint Officers and Directors of Contributed Companies. (a) Unless a Majority Interest determines otherwise, the Vice Presidents of Operations of the YieldCo General Partner shall elect the officers and directors of the Contributed Companies and have the right to remove and replace such officers and directors.
