Right to attend and speak. The Commission or the Commission’s Nominated Representative is entitled to attend and speak at any meeting of the Company or its Directors as though it or he or she were a Shareholder or a Director. Nothing contained in this Article confers on the Commission or the Commission’s Nominated Representative a right to vote.
