RIGHT TO AUDIT CLAUSE. The Permittee’s “records” related to its Airport Ground Transportation business must be open to inspection and subject to audit and reproduction during normal working hours and kept within the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. A City representative may perform such audits or an outside representative engaged by the City. The City or its designee may conduct such audits or inspections throughout the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three years after the early termination or the expiration of this Agreement or longer if required by law. Contractor may maintain such records at its corporate office but must make true, accurate, and complete and auditable records available at the Airport upon 15 days’ notice.
