Right to Change in Control Severance Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company Change in Control Severance Benefits as described in Section 5(g) herein, if during the term of this Agreement there has been a Change in Control of the Company and there is a Termination (as defined in Section 5(f)) prior to the expiration of the Employment Term (as defined in Section 5(c)).

Right to Change in Control Severance Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company Change in Control Severance Benefits as described in Section 5(g) 5.07 herein, if during the term of this Agreement there has been a Change in Control of the Company and there is a Termination (as defined in Section 5(f)5.06) prior to the expiration of the Employment Term (as defined in Section 5(c)5.03).
