Common use of Right to Commercialise Clause in Contracts

Right to Commercialise. Subject to clause 13.3, any Alliance Member may Commercialise Research Project IP provided that it obtains the approval of the National Research Management Committee and complies with this agreement and any applicable Project Order regarding Commercialisation. Each party must ensure that its NRMC Representatives act reasonably in deciding whether to give an approval under this clause.
