Right to Compensation. 4.8.1 At the end of the Tenancy, Secure tenants may have a statutory right to claim compensation from us for certain kinds of Improvements (specified in the legislation) that they make to the Property with our Written consent provided they are carried out after 1st April 1994.
Right to Compensation. In case of any governmental action, not resulting in the Taking of any portion of the Demised Premises but creating a right to compensation therefor, such as the changing of the grade or any street upon which the Demised Premises abuts, then, except as otherwise provided in Section 13.01 hereof, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect without reduction or abatement of Rent and the award shall be paid to Landlord.
Right to Compensation. In the event of a Termination Pursuant to a Change in Control, Executive shall be entitled to receive the compensation and benefits set forth below:
(i) Executive shall be paid, within twenty (20) days following termination, a lump sum cash payment equal to two point ninety-nine (2.99) times the sum of (1) the highest Annual Base Salary as defined in Section 4(a) during the immediately preceding three calendar years, (2) the highest cash bonus and other cash incentive compensation earned by him with respect to one of the three calendar years immediately preceding the year of termination and (3) the highest value of stock options and other stock based incentives awarded to the Executive with respect to one of the three calendar years immediately preceding the year of termination, which value shall be based upon the grant-date fair value of the award determined in accordance with SFAS 123(R) or any amendments or supplements thereto (“Share-Based Payments”). The amount shall be subject to federal, state, and local tax withholdings.
(ii) In addition, for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of termination of employment, Executive shall be permitted to continue participation in and the Bank shall maintain the same level of contribution for Executive’s participation in the Bank’s life, disability, medical/health insurance and other health and welfare benefits in effect with respect to Executive during the one (1) year prior to his termination of employment, or, if Bank is not permitted by the insurance carriers to provide such benefits because Executive is no longer an employee, a dollar amount equal to the cost to Executive of obtaining such benefits (or substantially similar benefits).
Right to Compensation. In consideration of the services herein described, Owner shall pay Agent a monthly property management fee equal to ( ) percent of the “Gross Rentals” collected during a one month period. When the property is vacant a fee shall be charged that is equal to seventy-five (75%) percent of the property management fee collected at zero (0%) percent vacancy. The property management fee shall be considered earned and may be withdrawn from the Owner’s Client Trust Account when the monthly cycle has been completed.
Right to Compensation. You may be entitled to compensation for any authorised improvements you have made when you leave your tenancy. Only certain types of improvements qualify for compensation, and in all cases you must have: • Written permission from us to carry out the improvement, and • Carried out the improvement to an acceptable standard. Further details can be obtained from your Neighbourhood Office.

(i) Executive shall be paid, within twenty (20) days following termination, a lump sum cash payment equal to one point five (1.5) times the sum of (1) the highest Annual Base Salary as defined in Section 4(a) during the immediately preceding three calendar years, (2) the highest cash bonus and other cash incentive compensation earned by him with respect to one of the three calendar years immediately preceding the year of termination and (3) the highest value of stock options and other stock based incentives awarded to the Executive with respect to one of the three calendar years immediately preceding the year of termination, which value shall be based upon the grant-date fair value of the award determined in accordance with SFAS 123(R) or any amendments or supplements thereto (“Share-Based Payments”). The amount shall be subject to federal, state, and local tax withholdings.
(ii) In addition, for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of termination of employment, Executive shall be permitted to continue participation in and the Bank shall maintain the same level of contribution for Executive’s participation in the Bank’s life, disability, medical/health insurance and other health and welfare benefits in effect with respect to Executive during the one (1) year prior to his termination of employment, or, if Bank is not permitted by the insurance carriers to provide such benefits because Executive is no longer an employee, a dollar amount equal to the cost to Executive of obtaining such benefits (or substantially similar benefits).
Right to Compensation. The insurance applies to examination, treatment or other medical service covered by the insurance and which is performed during the period that the insurance is in force, that is to say during the term of the insurance. Examination, treatment or other medical service is deemed to have been performed: – on the day when the care planning or healthcare advice was conducted – on the day when the examination, treatment or medical service was performed – on the day when the pharmaceuticals or medical devices were paid for – on the day when the travel or overnight stay for the examination, treatment or medical service took place. The insurance does not cover: – examination, treatment or other medical service that is otherwise covered by the insurance but which is performed before the effective date of the insurance – examination, treatment or other medical service that is performed after the expiry of the term of the insurance, even if the sickness or accidental injury made its début or occurred during the term of the insurance. In order to be entitled to care it is required that the insured is resident and registered as resident in a Nordic country and registered with the Swedish social insurance agency or the corresponding in a Nordic country. The care is always provided in Sweden.
Right to Compensation. 4.9.1 At the end of the tenancy, secure tenants have the right to claim compensation from us for certain kinds of improvements that you have made to the property with our written consent. This applies to improvements that would normally form part of our ‘duty to provide’ and that were carried out after 1 April 1994.

Right to Compensation. If a teacher shall have been found to have been improperly deprived of any professional compensation or advantage, the same or its equivalent in money shall be paid to him/her as soon as possible.
