Right to conduct audits. The Trustee or the Trustee’s nominated Representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Grant Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement including: (a) the accuracy of invoices and Reports; (b) compliance with confidentiality and privacy obligations under this Agreement; (c) material (including books and records) in the possession of the Grant Recipient relevant to the SIEF Funds, expenditure of the SIEF Funds or this Agreement; and (d) any other matters reasonably determined by the Trustee to be relevant to the SIEF Funds or this Agreement.
