Right to Consult an Attorney; Period of Review. Employee is encouraged to consult with an attorney before signing this Agreement. From the date this Agreement is first presented to Employee, Employee will have [21/45] days in which to review this Agreement. Employee may use as little or much of this [21/45]-day review period as Employee chooses.
