RIGHT TO CONTEST Landlord. and Tenant shall each have the right to contest in good faith the validity or amount of any tax, assessment, licence fee, excise fee or other charge which it is responsible to pay under this Article 8.00, provided that no contest by Tenant may involve the possibility of forfeiture, sale or disturbance of Landlord's interest in the Premises and that upon the final determination of any contest by Tenant, Tenant shall immediately pay and satisfy the amount found to be due, together with any costs, penalties and interest.
