KCCD is responsible for the Programs/Courses and has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are DISTRICT KCSO personnel, although this right will be exercised in consultation with the KCSO.

This does not limit the right of the DISTRICT to select its employees, including its right to hire, terminate, transfer, and promote its employees.
