Right to Copy Documentation. Licensee may copy the Documentation (other than the documentation of Third-Party Licensors) to the extent necessary to exercise the foregoing license. Licensee shall reproduce and include Fannie Mae's trademark, trade name, copyright and other proprietary rights notices, legends, symbols or labels appearing on or in the Documentation, and all copies shall be subject to all terms, conditions and obligations set forth in or arising under the Agreement.
