Right to Copy Education Materials. ClearCommerce grants HP a license to reproduce, in whole or in part, any education materials distributed to HP by ClearCommerce in conjunction with the above referenced ClearCommerce training to be used solely by HP technical support engineers for the sole purpose of providing HP Support to Customers. All titles, trademarks, copyright and restricted rights notices shall be reproduced in any copies. Education materials do not include Documentation; Documentation is addressed in subsection (c) below.
