Right to Cure Issuer Defaults. The Issuer hereby grants the Institution full authority for account of the Issuer to perform any covenant or obligation the non-performance of which is alleged to constitute a default in any notice received by the Institution, in the name and stead of the Issuer, with full power of substitution.
