Common use of Right to Data After Termination Clause in Contracts

Right to Data After Termination. Each Participant shall be entitled to copies of all information acquired hereunder before the effective date of termination not previously furnished to it.

Right to Data After Termination. Each After termination hereof other than for breach, each Participant shall be entitled to copies of all information of the other Participant acquired hereunder before up to and including the effective date of termination and not previously furnished to it; provided, that the Participant requesting such information pays for the cost of such copying and such information and agrees to hold such information confidentially.
