Common use of Right to Discontinue Service Clause in Contracts

Right to Discontinue Service. If Tenant fails to pay, when due, the specified additional rent for Operating Expenses, Library shall have the right, after ten (10) business days written notice to Tenant, to cut off, discontinue, or otherwise limit any utility or other service furnished by Library to Tenant or the Premises, whenever and during any period for which such additional rent for Operating Expenses remains unpaid by Tenant beyond the due date and any applicable cure period. No resulting discontinuation shall be deemed an eviction or render Library liable to Tenant for damages or relieve Tenant from its obligations under this Lease.
