Common use of Right to Documentation Clause in Contracts

Right to Documentation. Upon request, Company shall have the right to request reasonable documentation of Biovest’s calculations to determine Biovest’s Gross Revenue, to request reasonable documentation of any Sublicensee’s or Transferee’s calculations to determine such Sublicensee’s or Transferee’s Gross Revenue, and to request discussion of such calculations with appropriate representatives of Biovest or its Sublicensees or Transferees, as applicable.
