Right to Dues Check Off. Employees shall have the right to request and be granted payroll deduction for dues to be paid to the Federation. Upon receipt by the Payroll Department of a properly executed authorization card of the employee involved, the District will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the amount that the employee has agreed to pay to the Federation during the period provided in said authorization. The District will remit said deducted amount to the Federation within the payroll period covered by the paycheck from which the deduction is made.
