If, in the reasonable opinion of RW, a defaulting Xxxxxx’x Goods are not saleable, fail to sell when offered for sale, may pose a health risk to staff or the public if handled, or are not of sufficient value to warrant the expense of attempting to sell, RW may dispose of all Goods by any means.
