Right to Enforce Sale and Servicing Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that Financial Security is a beneficiary of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, and without limiting or restricting any of the provisions thereof or hereof, Financial Security shall have the right to enforce the provisions of the Sale and Servicing Agreement to the extent that it could if it were a signatory of such agreement.
