Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that a Recipient’s unauthorized disclosure or use of Proprietary Information may result in irreparable harm to Seller. Therefore, the parties agree that, in the event of violation or threatened violation of this Agreement, and without limiting any other rights and remedies of Seller, a temporary restraining order and/or an injunction to enjoin disclosure of Proprietary Information may be sought against the Recipient who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement, and the Recipient who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement will not raise the defense of an adequate remedy at law.

The disclosing Party may seek a temporary restraining order and injunction to protect its Confidential Information. The receiving Party will not raise the defense of an adequate remedy at law. This provision does not alter any other remedies available to the Parties or any other defense to prevent an award of preliminary injunctive relief to the disclosing party.

The parties acknowledge that this Agreement is necessary to protect their trade, commercial and financial interests, and that a Receiving Party's unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information or other breach of this Agreement will result in immediate and irreparable harm that cannot be fully or adequately compensated by monetary damages. The parties accordingly agree that in addition to claiming damages, the Disclosing Party may seek a temporary restraining order and injunction to protect its Confidential Information. The Receiving Party will not raise the defence of an adequate remedy at law. This provision does not alter any other remedies available to the parties.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that Principal’s unauthorized disclosure or use of Proprietary Information may result in irreparable harm to Seller. Therefore, the parties agree that, in the event of violation or threatened violation of this Agreement, and without limiting any other rights and remedies of Seller, a temporary restraining order and/or injunction to enjoin disclosure of Proprietary Information may be sought against a Principal who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement and said Principal shall not raise the defense of adequate remedy at law.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. Receiving Party acknowledges that its breach of this Agreement shall result in irreparable harm not compensable by monetary damages. Therefore, if Receiving Party violates or threatens to violate this Agreement, Medtronic may seek equitable relief against Receiving Party without the necessity of posting any bond or other surety, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to Medtronic at law and in equity.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that a Recipient’s unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information may result in irreparable harm. If there is a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement the Discloser may seek a temporary restraining order and injunction to protect its Confidential Information. This provision does not in any way limit any other remedies available to Discloser in law or in equity.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that the Consultant's unauthorized disclosure or use of Proprietary Information may result in irreparable harm. Therefore, the parties agree that, in the event of violation or threatened violation of this Agreement, without limiting any other rights and remedies of each other to seek actual damages, a temporary restraining order and/or an injunction to enjoin disclosure of Proprietary Information may be sought against the party who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement will not raise the defense of an adequate remedy at law.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that a Recipient’s unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information will result in irreparable harm. If there is a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement the Discloser shall be entitled to a temporary restraining order and injunction to protect its Confidential Information, without the necessity of posting any bond or undertaking in connection therewith. This provision does not alter any other remedies available to either party. The party who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement will not raise the defense of an adequate remedy at law. additional business relationship between the parties will be governed by a separate agreement.
Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The parties acknowledge that a Recipient’s breach of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm not compensable by monetary damages. Therefore, if a party violates or threatens to violate this Agreement, the other party may seek equitable relief against the party who has breached or threatened to breach this Agreement. This Section’s remedy does not operate to limit any other rights and remedies of the parties.
