Common use of Right to Enjoin Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Right to Enjoin Disclosure. The Parties acknowledge that a receiving Party's unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information may result in irreparable harm. The disclosing Party may seek a temporary restraining order and injunction to protect its Confidential Information. The receiving Party will not raise the defense of an adequate remedy at law. This provision does not alter any other remedies available to the Parties or any other defense to prevent an award of preliminary injunctive relief to the disclosing party.
