RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter / Promoter/Maintenance In-charge/maintenance agency /association agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of to all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defectdefect or for inspection and requiring the Allottee to remedy any want of repair.

The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's garages and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's parkings/covered parking in basement or stilts, and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / Promoter/maintenance agency /association agency/association of allottees shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter / association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
