RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Areas, garage/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Promoter/ maintenance agency/association Association of Allottees Allottee/Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Areasareas, garagegarages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee/Purchaser agrees to permit the association Association of Allottees Allottee/Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part any. Part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter/maintenance Owner/ Vendor / Maintenance agency/association Association of Allottees allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Areasareas, garagegarages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee(s) agrees to permit the association Association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance Maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter/Vendor/ maintenance agency/agency/ association of Allottees Allottee(s) shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Common Areas, garage/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee(s) agrees to permit the association of Allottees Allottee(s) and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The PromoterCo-Owner/Developer/maintenance agency/association Association of Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Common Areas, garagegarages/covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottees agrees to permit the association Association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance In-charge/maintenance agency/association of Allottees Association shall have rights haveright of unrestricted access of all common Common Areas, garage/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottees allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defectdefect or for inspection and requiring the Allottee to remedy any want of repair.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Developer/ maintenance agency/agency/ association of Allottees allottees shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all common Areas, garage/covered parking and parking spaces areas for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottees and/or Developer / maintenance agency /association to enter into the said Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The PromoterOwner/Developer/maintenance agency/association of Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Common Areas, garageopen/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency to or enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The PromoterDeveloper/maintenance agency/association of Allottees Allottee shall have rights of unrestricted access of to all common Common Areas, garage/garages (covered garage and/or open parking and parking spaces space) for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Allottees Purchaser and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view intending to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Developer maintenance agency/association of Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common Areasareas of the real estate project, garagegarages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary necessar5y maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment said apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
