RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Promoter/ Maintenance Agency/ Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas/ common parts and facilities, garages/covered parking and parking spaces etc. for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or association of allottees and/ or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter/maintenance Vendor/ Developer /maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Vendor/ Developer / Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association Maintenance Company shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces if any of the Project for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association Promoter and/or maintenance agency Maintenance Company to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. 14.1 The Promoter/Developer/ maintenance agency/Association (upon formation) shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees Purchasers agree to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Association/maintenance agency/Association agency shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Purchaser agrees to permit the Promoter/ Promoter and Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. 14.1 The PromoterDeveloper/maintenance agency/Association (upon formation) shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees Purchasers agree to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance In-charge/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defectdefect or for inspection and requiring the Allottee to remedy any want of repair.

The PromoterOwners/maintenance agency/Association Developer / Maintenance Agency / Association, as the case may be, shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee also agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association Owner/Developer / association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance In-charge/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defectdefect or for inspection and requiring the Allottee to remedy any want of repair.

The Promoter/maintenance agencyTransferor/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee/Transferee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The PromoterSeller/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottees agrees to permit the Promoter/ Seller/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances thecircumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/Open or covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottees agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Promoter/ Maintenance Agency/ Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas/ common parts and facilities, garagesparking spaces, roof of the private Lounge or rooms on the topmost floor of the Tower/covered parking and parking spaces building etc. for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or association of allottees and/ or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The PromoterOwners/Developer / maintenance agency/Association agency / association, as the case may be, shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee also agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association Owners/Developer / association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance In Charge/ maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces if any of the Project for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Promoter/Maintenance In Charge/ maintenance agency/Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance Co-owners / Developer /maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Co-owners / Developer / Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The PromoterSub-Lessor/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association Promoter shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee(s) agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment [Apartment] or any part any. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/DEVELOPER/ maintenance agency/Association agency /the association of ALLOTTEES shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking garages and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee ALLOTTEE agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association association of ALLOTTEEs and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment and Garage/Parking Space or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Purchaser agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Promoter/ maintenance agency/agency/ Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/garages/ covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or and/ or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agencyPromoter/ Maintenance Agent/Association shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking garages/ closed parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Maintenance Agent or the Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance Co-owners / Developer /maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Co-owners / Developer / Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Owner / maintenance agency/Association agency / association, as the case may be, shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/Club Upavan, covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee also agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association Owner / association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoterpromoter/maintenance agency/Association Owner association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee allottee(s) agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency representatives of the promoter/Owner/owner’s association to enter into the Apartment apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association Promoter shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garagesparking space/covered parking closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee/s agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association association of Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The PromoterDeveloper/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Association/maintenance agency/Association agency shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Purchaser agrees to permit the Promoter/ Promoter and Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment Designated Property or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agencyOwner/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Association/maintenance agency/Association agency shall have rights right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Purchaser agrees to permit the Promoter/ Promoter and Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.. 5 Subject to changes as per facts applicable
