RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Developer /Maintenance Agency/Association of Allottee/s shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s agrees to permit the Association of Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Co-owners / Developer /Maintenance Agency/maintenance agency/Association of Allottee/s shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s Allottee agrees to permit the Co-owners / Developer / Association of Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Developer /Maintenance Agency/Association / maintenance agency / association of Allottee/s shall Allottees will have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking garages / closed parking’s and parking spaces parking. Spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s Allottees agrees to permit the Association association of Allottee/s Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / Developer /Maintenance Agency// maintenance agency / Association of Allottee/s Allottees shall have rights the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottee/s Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Developer /Maintenance AgencyVendor-Cum-Developer/maintenance agency/Association of Allottee/s Allottee shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottee/s Allottee and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Developer /Maintenance AgencyDeveloper/Association maintenance agency/association of Allottee/s Allottee shall have rights of unrestricted access of to all Common Areas, garages/garages (covered garage and/or open parking and parking spaces space) for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s Purchaser agrees to permit the Association association of Allottee/s Purchaser and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment Unit or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view intending to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Developer /Maintenance Agencymaintenance agency/Association association of Allottee/s Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas of the real estate project, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary necessar5y maintenance services and the Allottee/s Allottee agrees to permit the Association association of Allottee/s Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment said apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Developer /Maintenance AgencyPromoter/Association Maintenance Company/association of Allottee/s Allottees shall have rights of unrestricted right to restricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces Parking Space for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee/s agrees to permit the Association of Allottee/s Promoter and/or maintenance agency Maintenance Company to enter into in to the Apartment or any part thereof thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
