Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FORREPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FORREPAIRS. The Promoter/ Maintenance Society shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee(s) agrees to permit the Promoter/ MaintenanceSociety to enter into the Apartment/ Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
