RIGHT TO ENTER THE BUNGALOWS FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of the ALLOTTEE/ALLOTTEES shall have rights of the unrestricted access of all Common Areas, terrace, garages/closed parking, and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the ALLOTTEE agrees to permit the Association of the ALLOTTEE/ALLOTTEES and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the BUNGALOW or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise with a view to set right any defect.
